XTREME – Linkage Protection for KTM and Husqvarna 2-Stroke and 4-Stroke
This Obie Link Guard is XTREME – Linkage Protection for KTM and Husqvarna 2-stroke and 4-stroke for Model Years 2012-2016 which are fitted with a specific skid plate. The XTREME – Linkage Protection link guard is made of a thick (20% thicker than our regular guards) durable plastic, is lightweight, and is contoured to fit snug against the linkage and skid plate.
NOTE: The XTREME Obie Link Guard will NOT fit the Husqvarna stock skid plate. This Obie Link Guard is for the bolt style, clamp-on skid plate. Skid plate brands currently available for fit with the XTREME – Linkage Protection for KTM and Husqvarna 2-stroke and 4-stroke are:

The XTREME Obie Link Guard is available in 3 colors – Black, Orange (KTM) and Blue (Husqvarna).
The Obie Link Guard is made for quick and easy installation. Always install the guard with the engraved “OBIE” facing up on the right (kick starter) side. Complete installation instructions come with each guard. Also, check out our installation video for further instructions.
