Shipping and Return Policy


We ship all our products through the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) Priority Mail, unless specifically requested by Customer to ship either UPS or FedEx. Deliveries through USPS Priority Mail generally take up to three (3) business days.  If Customer requests shipping via UPS, FedEx or overnight or next-day shipping, contact us by phone with your shipping details.  Any additional shipping costs will be paid by Customer.

International deliveries take an average of 6 to 10 business days to arrive and some countries may take longer. International shipping costs are $35 for packages under 4lbs. Please note that all Customers located outside the U.S. shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges, which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges. In addition, to increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has not been delivered after sixty (60) days of the purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone as we’re here to help! Customer will have thirty (30) calendar days to return product from the date it was received.  Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the product.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after receiving the returned product.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal account.  You will receive the refund credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer or PayPal’s policies.
